To deal with windows XP TweakUI, click on the start menu then select Run and type tweakui and push enter key. A small TweakUI line will unlock with options to uncheck drives that you like to hide.  Click OK to close it.</p>
<p>Registry editor is also helpful to edit the computer registry to hide the drives but be careful while working in computer registry.</p>

Drafting an effective and good memo is a difficult task as a large number of points are necessary to keep in mind. To avoid this, you can draft a memo template once and use it for several times by doing little modifications. Microsoft Word has given an even better solution. You can draft a <a href="http://www.memotemplate.org/word-templates/word-memo-template.html" target="_blank">word memo template</a> with the help of MS Word. However, method of drafting a memo template is given here.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Formatting</strong></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">First step is to format the page. The best suitable margin used for memos is one inch on all sides. Moreover, the memos are unjustified and have single-spacing.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Font Size and Style</strong></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">The suggested font size is 12 and font style which is recommended is Times New Roman.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">The end of the memo is written by keeping in view the action which the sender requires from the recipient. There is no need of signs at the end because memos are not signed.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">Now the file is ready to save as a template document. The saving procedure is quite easy. All you need to do is to click ‘File’ then ‘Save As’. Now click on the drop-down menu so that you can select the format of the document. Obviously you will choose ‘Templates’. Now the template is ready to be loaded into word and you will easily use this when you need.</p>
