• Graphics can also be added by following a simple method. To add a photograph, select ‘picture’ in insert tab and if you wish to add graphics, choose ‘clip-art’. Now locate a photo on your computer and click ‘Insert’.
• For adding a graphic, the method is slightly different. When you will select ‘clip-art’ then a bow will be shown at a side of your computer screen. After searching the type of image, double click on graphic.
