Types of Shipping Label

Marking goods with shipping labels make packaging effective and ensure easy handling during shipment. Shipping labels play a pivot role in avoiding accidents due to mishandling of goods and due to breakage of fragile goods. There are various shipping labels available which are widely used during shipping.

Arrow Labels
These shipping labels are basically used for indication which side of cartoon should be kept up. IATA (International Air Transport Association has set standards for design of arrow to be bared but you can use simple design arrow as well. Fragile Labels
Fragile shipping labels provide great help in avoiding breakage or damage of delicate goods. There is a vast variety of traditional red fragile labels and fluorescent corner wrap fragile labels that can be viewed from two directions for better marking of fragile goods. These labels ensure that package is handled with care especially if goods are made of glass or other fragile material.

These labels are used for international shipping of goods and liquids. They communicate instructions to ensure that package is handled carefully during shipment. Goods that require special care for heat and cold can be marked with these shipping labels

Various business organizations use eye-catchy color and packing labels on different sides of package to inform receiver that invoice has been sent and it should be checked before taking delivery of package.
