Copying Paragraph Formatting By Using Mouse

Format Painter is the most important tools of the Word. It is use to copy formatting one paragraph to another continuously with the help of mouse. These tips explain how to handle the tools. These tips are applicable for Microsoft Word 97, Word 2000, Word 2002 and Word 2003.

It is very helpful to copy paragraph formatting from one document to another. I am going to share with you a trick by which you can do this with the help of mouse.
A) What you have to do is just; Select the formatting paragraph that you want to copy.
B) Then click on the toolbar then on Format Painter.
C) Select the paragraph which you want to format with the help of mouse.

In step B by double clicking the format Painter you can copy the same format repeatedly. You will now able to do the similar formatting and if you want to turn off the format painting then you can turn off by pressing Esc or by clicking on the tool one more time.
