Ruler is one of very helpful tool of the MS Word feature. It’s nice to be known when the ruler quickly shows the position of the information on the page. Suppose you have three tabs and want to know the distance among each of the tabs then, with the help of ruler you can easily get information in inches.
Word have very effective feature that helps you to know where your tabs and margin setting exist on the line. To take the benefit from that tool, click on tab or on the ruler at margin maker. Hold down the mouse button and right click the mouse button. You must holding down both mouse buttons.
You will notice that there are distances measurements instead of ruler measurement. The inside measurement demonstrate the distance from a tab to both margins and outside margin tells how away it is from the edges of the page.
