A feature in MS Office 2007 that I like most is its Quick Access Toolbar. User can add his/her mostly used toolbar button into Quick Access Toolbar with just two clicks. Yes!…. Its true. Let me do it with an example.

I am frequent user of Grow Font and Shrink Font toolbar buttons. I use them a lot and now I can add them to Quick Access Toolbar just like 1 .. 2… 3 . Here are the steps to follow,

Step 1: Move your mouse on Grow Font button and the press Right Mouse Button.

Step 2: Choose “Add to Quick Access Toolbar”.

Thanks All Repeat it again with Shrink Font Button and you are done.

See!….. how easy and quick it was to add these buttons to a quick access toolbar which remain there no matter in what tab you are. You are always one click away from your favorite and most frequently used feature.

BTW: You can use short keys as well. However I just don’t have developed my habit to use short cut keys
