Quick Access Toolbar in MS Office 2007

A feature in MS Office 2007 that I like most is its Quick Access Toolbar. User can add his/her mostly used toolbar button into Quick Access Toolbar with just two clicks. Yes!…. Its true. Let me do it with an example.

I am frequent user of Grow Font and Shrink Font toolbar buttons. I use them a lot and now I can add them to Quick Access Toolbar just like 1 .. 2… 3 :-) . Here are the steps to follow,

Step 1: Move your mouse on Grow Font button and the press Right Mouse Button.

Mouse-Over

Step 2: Choose “Add to Quick Access Toolbar”.

Mouse-at-Button

Thanks All :-) Repeat it again with Shrink Font Button and you are done.

See!….. how easy and quick it was to add these buttons to a quick access toolbar which remain there no matter in what tab you are. You are always one click away from your favorite and most frequently used feature.

BTW: You can use short keys as well. However I just don’t have developed my habit to use short cut keys :-(
